However, the client must speak English, if not German, sufficiently. His life coaching is supervised by Paul Rath, a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst.
Tom specializes in personality development and management of crises situations in reorientation phases. He is aware that, both, personal and professional lifes are intertwined. This is why he always focuses on both aspects of the personality.
